These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the FormForge AI Coach mobile application (“App”) provided by FormForge (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FormForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FormForge is an AI-powered fitness coaching application that uses real-time pose detection to analyze exercise form, provide voice coaching, track workouts, and generate personalized training programs. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

4.1 Free Tier

FormForge offers a free tier with limited access: 3 workout sessions per week and a subset of exercises.

4.2 FormForge Pro

FormForge Pro is available through the following purchase options:

  • Monthly Subscription: $14.99 USD per month
  • Annual Subscription: $89.99 USD per year
  • Family Plan: $24.99 USD per month (up to 5 family members)
  • Lifetime Purchase: $199.99 USD one-time payment

4.3 Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are in US dollars and may vary in other countries based on exchange rates and local pricing set by Apple.

4.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

4.5 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4.6 Lifetime Purchase

The Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that grants permanent access to all Pro features. This purchase can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

FormForge provides AI-based exercise form analysis and coaching for informational and educational purposes only. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

  • Always consult a physician before starting any exercise program.
  • Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
  • The injury prediction feature provides general guidance based on movement patterns and is not a clinical diagnosis.
  • Physical therapy/rehab mode is not a replacement for professional physical therapy treatment.
  • We are not liable for any injuries sustained while using the App.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Share, transfer, or sell your account or subscription access.
  • Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure.
  • Attempt to access other users’ data or accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, AI models, exercise library, coaching content, and branding, is the intellectual property of FormForge. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Content

Workout data, custom programs, and other content you create within the App remain your property. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service (analytics, coaching, sync).

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the App.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Profile screen in the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
